91Springboard, a leading provider of comprehensive workspace solutions in India, has announced the launch of two new hubs in South India, one in Bengaluru and another in Chennai. The new hubs span over 1 lakh sq. ft. and offer 2500 seats, catering to the growing demand from Global Capability Centres (GCCs), large enterprises, MSMEs, and rapidly expanding startups.
The GCC sector in India has been witnessing rapid growth, driven by the country’s large talent pool, favourable business environment, and government initiatives. As GCCs continue to expand their operations in India, they are looking for flexible and scalable workspaces that can meet their evolving needs. 91Springboard’s new hubs in Bengaluru and Chennai are designed to cater to this demand, offering premium infrastructure, prime connectivity, and seamless amenities.
The two new hubs are located in A-grade corporate parks, with the Bengaluru hub situated in Helios Business Park, a WELL-certified campus with USGBC Platinum Certification, IGBC certification, and LEED Gold rating. The Chennai hub is located in Olympia Cyberspace, a prime commercial district in Guindy, designed with sustainability and occupant wellness in mind.
91Springboard currently plans to add an additional 1.5 lakh sq. ft. of workspace by the end of FY 2025-26 to meet the rising demand in the South market. The company has launched 14 hubs across key business centres in cities including Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru, spanning over half a million sq. ft.
