Dun & Bradstreet’s GCC Summit 2025 in Hyderabad highlighted India’s growing role in global business, focusing on innovation, talent and risk management driving GCC transformation.

India’s position as a key player in global business operations took centre stage at the GCC Summit 2025, hosted last month in Hyderabad by Dun & Bradstreet, a global provider of business data and analytics.

The event, themed ‘Harnessing India’s Capabilities for Global Growth,’ brought together more than 150 senior leaders from Global Capability Centers (GCCs), multinational corporations and industry experts.

The discussions explored how India is moving beyond its traditional role as a cost-efficient hub to become a driver of innovation, digital transformation, talent and strategic decision-making for global enterprises.

The summit focused on three key areas—innovation and technology, talent and leadership, and risk and resilience. Speakers highlighted how GCCs in India are leading advancements in artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity and  advanced analytics, supporting global organisations in building more efficient and resilient operations.

A key highlight of the summit was the launch of Dun & Bradstreet’s exclusive publication, ‘Rethinking the Future of Global Capability Centres – Hyderabad Edition’, offering deep insights into the strategic evolution of GCCs in India. The report profiles leading GCCs, showcases emerging trends and features expert perspectives on the future of global business services.
