Unisys Names Lalithanand Moses as Managing Director for India Global Delivery Centre

Moses aims to drive Unisys India’s strategy by fostering innovation, enhancing client outcomes, and streamlining operations through emerging technology.

In his new role at Unisys, Lalithanand Moses expects to drive initiatives that further enhance centralised operational efficiency, quality assurance and client satisfaction.

Global technology solutions company Unisys has announced Lalithanand Moses as the vice president and managing director of its India Global Delivery Centre, equivalent to a global capability centre (GCC). In this role, Moses will report to Karl Brandt, senior vice president and general manager of Global Delivery Operations.

“Moses brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record of both leading global teams and accelerating operational excellence through innovation,” said Chris Arrasmith, chief operating officer at Unisys. “His strategic transformation capabilities and commitment to customer satisfaction will advance our global delivery operations strategy, while further strengthening our presence as an employer-of-choice in India.”

In this role, Moses will lead the largest and most diverse global delivery centre for Unisys, representing talent from across the company. Critical to building on the Unisys strategy for India, he aims to continue cultivating an environment that inspires high-performing innovators to create solutions that maximise client outcomes and streamline operations with emerging technology. 

Leveraging experience in delivery excellence, Moses expects to drive initiatives that further enhance centralised operational efficiency, quality assurance and client satisfaction. His qualifications reflect a strong ability to mentor the next generation of professionals while strengthening partnerships with academic institutions that attract top talent and sustain a robust hiring pipeline. 

With nearly 25 years of experience, Moses has held several senior roles at Unisys, most recently as global leader of Endpoint Operations in Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS). Throughout his tenure at Unisys, he has been instrumental in spearheading operational improvements, enhancing service delivery frameworks and implementing scalable support solutions.

Prior to Unisys, Moses held leadership roles at Genpact, where he managed large-scale client engagements and oversaw delivery, quality, infrastructure transitions and end-user computing services across multiple geographies, and at GE.
