The upcoming GCC Leadership Conclave in Hyderabad will bring industry leaders together to share insights on leveraging GCCs for IP creation and large-scale transformation.

The Leadership Federation will host the second edition of the GCC Leadership Conclave in Hyderabad on July 30, bringing together over 300 senior leaders from global corporations, government bodies and innovation hubs to discuss strategies for driving growth in Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in the next decade.

The conclave aims to deliberate on policy framework, infrastructural needs, and talent requirements to take the GCC ecosystem to the next phase of growth.

With India hosting over 1,700 GCCs serving various functions such as IT, finance, and engineering, the country has emerged as a hub for global enterprise operations. GCCs have become an integral part of the global economy, providing a range of services from software development to financial analysis, and Hyderabad has been gaining prominence as a top GCC destination.

According to Paul Roehrig, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Ascendion, “With the integration of AI agents, GCCs can drive productivity up and costs down to accelerate innovation.” The event will feature sessions on topics such as GenAI and automation, AI-first talent and workforce evolution, and sustainable and inclusive operating models.

Robin Joffe, Partner and Managing Director at Frost & Sullivan, noted that “Hyderabad emerged as the ideal launchpad for a new era of intelligent, inclusive and AI-powered global capability.” The city’s thriving ecosystem, coupled with its strong talent pool and infrastructure, makes it an attractive destination for GCCs.

The GCC Leadership Conclave will provide a platform for industry leaders to share insights and best practices on leveraging GCCs for IP creation and transformation at scale. The event is expected to facilitate discussions on the future of GCCs and the role they can play in driving innovation and growth in the global economy.

The conclave will bring together experts and thought leaders from the GCC industry to share their experiences and perspectives on the latest trends and challenges facing the sector. With the GCC industry expected to continue growing in the coming years, this event is timely and relevant, and will provide valuable insights to industry leaders and stakeholders.
