Global management consulting and technology firm ZS has expanded its presence in Hyderabad with a new 50,000 sq ft office, designed to accommodate 550-600 professionals. The expansion is part of the company’s plan to strengthen innovation and service delivery for healthcare and life sciences global capability centres (GCCs) in India.

India’s GCC sector has grown significantly in recent years, with many multinational companies setting up centres in the country to leverage its large talent pool and favourable business environment. GCCs in India are increasingly evolving from execution hubs to innovation and tech centres, driving growth and innovation in various industries.

The new ZS office will offer flexible engagement models, including packaged GCC offerings, embedded functional expertise, and fully managed GCC-as-a-service solutions. Hyderabad’s strong talent pool and established technology ecosystem will provide ZS access to specialists in analytics, data engineering, and business operations, enabling the company to meet evolving client needs.

According to Mohit Sood, regional managing principal at ZS, “GCCs are evolving from execution hubs to innovation and tech centres, and ZS is well-positioned to support this industrywide transformation.” The new office is a testament to ZS’ growth and commitment to building strong client partnerships, tapping into local talent, and contributing to the GCC ecosystem.

The company’s expertise helps GCCs design operating models, implement tech-driven transformations, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

The new Hyderabad office is located at Raheja IT Park, Mindspace, HUDA Techno Enclave, HITEC City, Telangana, further solidifying ZS’ presence in the city’s thriving technology hub.
